This is short, I want everyone to look into lean in together by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. I am all in for equality it is time to make this an issue as any woman is capable of doing anything a man can do. I would love to see women in leadership positions like Sheryl and I want to see a woman president.

peytons last stand
Even though he is only got one ring in his career he is in my mind underachieved. Everyone makes excuses for him even though he has always had a nice cast of folks around him. Now him coming back to the broncos after the type of season he had during his 2014 season is amazing.
I know that he was hurt during the later part of the season with a torn quad but even before that there was strength in his passes. Whenever I saw his games those passes looked wobbly taking minutes to reach the receivers. He is probably losing his most reliable tight end to free agency as in 4 million is not enough to warrant Julius Thomas to stay. In ending I wish him the best of luck in the upcoming season but Andrew luck is the present and future of the league. It has been a pleasure watching his greatness through all these years.

Bye bye Brandon
As I write this blog post I seem to remember that the wide receiver is not the problem. I am happy that the team is getting a 5th round pick but the issue is the QB. In no way is that saying he is not a capable QB he is simply not great but OK.
When I see Cutler I see mediocrity I see underwhelming in every facet. The first is his lack of leadership and we see that in how the team does not respond to him. Secondly, is that lack of game management by throwing inopportune interceptions.
Now I understand an aged receiver is not a great investment but he is definitely not the issue. The other problem is John fox really the coach who can turn this around? The answer awaits us

Veteran status
After 24 hours, I have come to a mind set that so called football commentators can be wrong. The Closer you are to the league the more you lose insight. I'm talking about chip Kelly and the McCoy trade last night.
Seven years in the league his production is deteriorating. His at his best at the moment and you get a young linebacker. That in itself is a great trade as the defense is porous.
What most don't understand or forget is that the NFL is about the system. Most seem to forget that because they see stars and put them on a pedestal. I find that ridiculous maybe in the future they can actually think before speaking on television.
The future
As I think about the game developers conference I was blown away by Sony. I figured there is no way someone can top that. Yet nvidia pulled it off with their grid technology.
As much as I'm into consoles like the playstation 4 I don't want to wait 10 years to upgrade. I'm no pc gamer, no keyboard and mouse type, I prefer the living room entertainment.
I'm intrigued by the prospect of continued upgrades in graphics. Yet nothing has to be done on my part it will all be done server side. This will be interesting and I will be buying it asap.

The Bulls season
As a fan, I'm frustrated, as to how this season has unfolded. It has been riddled with injuries and constant questioning of the coach.
I was filled with excitement as the season started. Soon after I was worried as I saw a less than spectacular drose. My biggest surprise was jimmy Butler at 20 points a game. Pau Gasol showing that at 34 he still got game.
At the break, I was excited to see them beat the cavs right before the all star game. Then the news hit of drose needing meniscus surgery again. Days later jimmy with a sprain elbow now he gone. The media saying thibadou is at fault because of how he pushes the players. Stop it, were not in a fantasy, nothing is perfect.
Fear of regulation
It's funny how people react to regulations when they are living with those since birth. Then I see what curt schilling went through the past couple days. I find it disheartening that people go to great lengths to troll.
I find net neutrality in a way liberating in that I don't want to worry about my child being cyber bullied. Even at this point in my kid life she is on YouTube, Netflix jumping from tablet to console is amazing.
Regulations won't curtail innovation even now there is nothing innovative. Everything is simply rehashed and only evolving nothing that says revolutionary.
